Mike's Agents is a free real estate referral service for people who are planning to list their home with a Realtor. Mike uses recent sales stats to find the agents who have proven to be the most successful in your area. Mike will setup appointments for you to interview the three highest performing agents. You decide which one you want to use.

WHY USE MIKE’S AGENTS?

In many professions there are people who specialize in specific areas. Physicians, attorneys, engineers, and countless other professions have their specialties. Residential Realtors have their specialties too. When selling your home, you want to identify the highest performing Realtors who specialize in your area. This will give you the best chance for selling your home quickly and at the highest price possible. Some will say that they specialize in your neighborhood, but their sales stats don't back up their claim. Proof of their specialization is seen in recent sales history. Mike analyzes sales statistics and provides you with the unbiased results.

WHO ARE MIKE’S AGENTS?

Other referral companies will connect you with agents that have signed up with their referral service. Also, if you call any real estate company, they will connect you with only agents from their company. The only criteria that Mike uses is recent sales data from the MLS. The three agents may be from different companies. This ensures that you get the best performing agents. You are not obligated to use one of the agents he recommends, but it’s logical to use an agent who has a successful track record in your area.

HOW MUCH DOES MIKE CHARGE?

Mike doesn’t charge the seller anything in addition to the commission that the Realtor charges. He is paid by the referred agent’s brokerage after the successful closing of your home.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Click on “Meet Mike” to schedule a Zoom meeting or phone call.
2. After speaking with Mike, he will analyze the sales data in your neighborhood and will identify the top three performing agents.
3. Mike will contact those agents and schedule separate listing interviews in your home.
4. Decide which agent you want to hire, and Mike will inform the other two of your decision.

Mike is a Realtor with Fathom Realty. He has been an active Realtor for over 20 years. Fathom Realty is an outstanding real estate brokerage with over 6,000 agents that specializes in listing and selling residential real estate in 26 states throughout the country. While real estate referrals is not the primary source of business for Fathom Realty, it has been for Mike since 2007.
